Yep, it's the same old Testor's model paint we bought for two bits when we were kids. even when I bought it for my boy it was about a buck. I only needed a tiny bit of oil base yellow enamel to thin down and stain a piece of wood yellow for a project. The 3 stars is to make me feel better about paying $5.19 ($5.52 w/tax)!!!
