ControlTech TTH-14-S Falcon Mini Clip-On (Stem Mounted) Aerobars for Triathlon, CH2458

Excelentes, para mi posición y gusto algo incomodo ya que mi bicicleta es agresiva pero el material es excelente.

I have been a triathlete for several years, and regularly race the National cup series. As a result I have used several kinds of aero bars and would say that these are pretty good. Pros are that they are relatively cheap, pretty light for a non carbon bar, and do their job well. Cons are that they are only mountable to a relatively long stem, I had to put a new one on my bike to have them fit, and also that they could be about an inch and a half longer before they violate ITU regulations. Would recommend these if you need a stem mount bar and don’t want to pay a premium for the S-Works bar and adaptor or the controltech Sirroco. Just make sure that your stem is long enough or that you have another one and the ability to swap them.

There are very few options for stem mount aerobar. I have Roval Rapide bars that don't allow traditional clip on. These are easy to install, but the provided bar is VERY short. I switched the bars to Profile Design T3+ that I originally had from another bike. These are great to give your hands a rest and get into a more aero tuck position for long rides.

Felt a little short at first after riding with typically longer bars, but easy to get used to and now I like the compact set up.

Most standard aero clip-ons only work with round handlebars, but many of the newer aero bikes have sculpted carbon bars that won't support additional clip-ons. I have a 2017 Cervelo S5 that has aero handlebars that won't support clip-ons, and I was looking for some way to attach aero bar extensions. This is a good solution - it clips onto the stem in a very solid way. The arm pads are adjustable for width, which is good. You will want your round or square stem close to level though - not one that is tilted way up for example (or your bars will be pointed up in the air).Now I will say, the included horse-shoe shaped extension bar was too short for my needs - I couldn't get laid out with it in a comfortable way, and I wasn't looking for an ITU compliant solution. But the great news is that this Control Tech mount is compatible with ANY 22.2mm diameter bars, so you can easily remove the included horseshoe extension bar and replace it with your preferred standard 22.2mm diameter extension bars. So I bought some 3T carbon extension bars and now I have full length extensions. And it didn't break the bank!
