This is a GREAT Mini PC!
I ordered this mini pc to replace my mom's older asus mini pc. It works perfect. I LOVE the fact that you can install a 2.5" hard drive or ssd to increase storage capacity. She uses it with plex for her movies and also as a network attached storage. Super simple to setup right out of the box. Boots quickly, and is silent. It also came with a vesa tv mount which I used to mount the mini pc to the back of the television. A wireless keyboard with trackpad is all you need! This is the best price here on Amazon.

Great for price
Great little pc for general use, haven’t tried gaming with it. Great video and quiet. Most important thing is to read the Q&A section for setting up initially. I tried like many other to do a standard plug in and go through prompts setup only to get to the frozen loading screen for hours. Retried with the way someone had suggested and had it going within 10 minutes.

Great customer service
I bought this and put it on a shelf for a few months. I went to set it up and forgot that it says here (not on the box or instructions) DO NOT ENTER NETWORK INFO ON FIRST BOOT. Guess what I did? Yes, I entered the network info. Months after purchase their customer support walked me through getting it to finally boot. Kin and Rebecca hung in there through multiple attempts until I got it right. As for the unit itself, it's compact and exactly what I was looking for to run an offline database. Value for the price point. Just remember to put a sticky on the box and DON'T ENTER THE NETWORK INFO ON FIRST BOOT. But if you do, rest assured their customer service will talk you through the pain and do their best to get you straightened out.

Easy Setup, Works Great for Web Surfing to watching Netflix etc.. UPDATE: It Died Tonight Do Not Buy
PRO's: The setup was super easy, just follow some simple instructions. I use it mainly for Surfing the Web, email, social media and online shopping. I had 10 tabs up and everything was still working and very fast. It does get a little warn but not hot. I've only had it 1 day and so far I am extremely satisfied. I plan to buy one for my Office too.CON's: No SD Card Slot.UPDATE: It Died tonight and won't Restart so ignore all of the Above and Do Not Buy this PC

do not buy this computer..you will be sooo sorry, see why below
the 3350 Celeron processor is much too slowwith it, internet sites just crawl alongthe hard drive is not an ssd. so it slows everythlng down tooand It's storage capacity is terrible, way too small 64gb, installing windows 10 took 32 gbAt the price, it seems like a Bargen, but you will want to return it, and I did return mine.Spent 35 dollars more and got a 128 gb ssd hardriveand a faster processer...(still a celeron) and window 11 as well I am very happy with it. If a company stoops to selling such a sub standard mini, they should ward buyers what the terrible performancethey will actually get, and urge buying the next model up.I thought it might be slow but ok, but do not realize how truly bad it can be, until you buy one.

Great PC for video monitoring
Using this mini PC along with an IP cam viewer app on the Windows store to look at my xmeye format cameras using rtsp protocol. It is handling six cameras with ease and with two HDMI ports I plan to have this display 16 live camera feeds. We use xmeye DVRs for household security and this combination allows me to have two small 32-in TVs piggybacked showing all 16 live videos.I tried to do this with apps and the fire stick but the buffering was insane. This Windows PC and the app that I'm using from the Windows store handles this with room to spare. It reminds me of a PC from about 10 years ago. You would want it for heavy duty computing but for task based operations this is the perfect solution and the video is substantial enough to do live monitoring of security cameras. If this holds up without breaking, plus the two HDMI video ports - it is a perfect solution for me!

When nothing is running at all it's at 100% CPU utilization.
I was really looking forward to using this in my front room for media hooked up to my TV. I figured this could handle everything I needed it to with 8gb of ram and an Intel 2ghz quad core. So you can imagine how surprising it was to have this brand new computer with nothing installed on it sit at 100% CPU utilization without anything running.I'm still able to load up some shows on this thing, but it gets choppy and the lag is distracting. It's frustrating to have it struggle so badly just with running a browser. It's cool that it comes with free windows 11 on it.I don't really expect to do much on this other than maybe check some emails and watch a laggy show or two.I think it's hilarious that there was a suggested rating for "Gaming". This is 100% not for gaming of any sort.I'm honestly wondering if there's something extra installed on mine besides a fresh windows install. When looking at the utilization there's some windows process that is taking up all the CPU and I've never noticed that same process on any of my other computers.I bet there's a lot of potential running Linux on this thing.Overall it's not awful, but it's not impressive either.

Small size, just what I was needing.
I ordered this small pc to mount to a TV wall mount to hide the unit behind the TV. The pc was quick to setup. I connected the HDMI of the TV, added a wireless keyboard and mouse and we were good to go. Highly recommend for others with space challenges.
