Performance: I’ve been taking these for almost two weeks now and they’ve been working really well. Digestion feels more balanced overall — less bloating, more regular, and just more settled day to day. I wasn’t expecting an overnight transformation, but I definitely notice a difference already. Formulation: What sold me on these is the formulation: 60 billion CFU, 21 strains, and Lactospore for stability. They’re also vegan and don’t contain unnecessary fillers, which is something I always look for. I chose these after doing quite a bit of research, and I’m glad I did. Capsules & Packaging: Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and the capsules haven’t changed in appearance or texture even though I store them outside the fridge. No bloating, no discomfort — very clean on the system. Overall: This is a solid, well-formulated probiotic that I plan to stick with long term. It fits really well with the rest of my supplement stack and has made a noticeable impact, even in the short time I’ve been taking it.

Good strength and a nice blend of strains. I noticed a difference in digestion and overall gut comfort after a short time. Easy to take and good value for the potency. Would buy again.

It has certainly helped to stop the daily stomach cramps. They haven't completely gone, but they are far less frequent and not as strong.

I am an IBS sufferer and these probiotics are often listed as one of the best. They are easy to swallow and are tasteless. You have to take 2 capsules a day so one pot will only last a month and at £18.99 I feel these are not very good value for money. I was experiencing some uncomfortable trapped gas and bloating and these probiotics did ease that relatively quickly and make me more comfortable. I am struggling to decipher how effective they are for bloating and diarrhoea. Whilst I don’t get gas like I used to, I can still get quite bloated. I’ve not experienced any severe IBS pain since I’ve been taking them. I think they have helped to an extent, but looking on Amazon there are other Probiotics that are stronger and significantly cheaper so I think I will try a different brand before repurchasing these again. They do help somewhat I’m just not sure about how effective they really are. Some people have mentioned these have caused diarrhoea which does make me wonder.
