Workhorse of the pantry
This is a culinary mainstay of mine, and I can't find it in stores any more, so I bought the 12-pack. I suppose it would be good as soup, but I use it for stovetop stuffings, rice, etc. It adds just the right amount of flavor. It contains cheese but no meat so is fine for Friday dishes. The simple twist-off top is great, and I wish more products had trouble-free packaging.

Really, really bad
After enjoying other Pacific soups, I thought my quest for a good French onion soup was over. WRONG!!!!! This tastes like someone ran water through a muddy rag. By far the worst tasting soup ever.

I have loved and depended on this veggie version for years. I recently went to pick some up, but was disappointed to only find this overpriced listing on Amazon, two for sixteen is a bit much, even for the pantry markup..
