I will say I was very impressed with the seller, I had an issue with the full size one I bought and they sent me another in just one day later and told me that I did not have to send the other one back. I plan to fix it and then donate it as I would feel guilty keeping them both. I’m a side sleeper and have been having hip and lower back discomfort and my mattress is only 2 years old it’s a firm but quite comfy it just needed a little bit of softness and thus mattress top did the trick. This mattress topper made everything better I mean it’s like laying in a thick puffy cloud, I liked it so much I bought another larger one for my niece who just had surgery something to look forward too when she can start sleeping in her bed and her husband washed it but us waiting till she is ready to use it together. I plan to by one more as a gift later this month for an elderly neighbor I know she will love it, don’t hesitate give it a try you will not be disappointed.

All I can say is OMGAWD!!! Thank You~!~!! We got a new mattress after the previous "The Cloud" Serta pillow top (I'll never have another one) lasted for less than 8 years and I totally despised not being able to flip it models failed.. The new model is also a hybrid mattress, but is flippable and was just a bit too firm. I was feeling progressively more and more uncomfortable as the nights wore on, and with my serious back problems.. this just wouldn't do.. So I began searching "Our Beloved Amazon - heh" for an alternative, and after quite some time and research finally landed on this wonderful topper. It's like sleeping on top of well stuffed Ida Down on top of piles of silk. So very comfortable and my back pain is virtually completely gone now -such a relief! Be sure you follow the instructions on care and initial setup. You Do have to let it fluff out because of the vacuum packing (it wasn't really heavy btw). Mine decompacted fine, but I still want to run it through the dryer when we next venture to the laundromat. Shake it a little here and there when you take it out and at least let it sit for a few hours. It was just as easy to put on the bed as a regular mattress protector, and I also put my regular protector on top of it for added security and waterproofing. The materials feel like they are of good quality.. Viscose is also called Rayon and can be made from a number of different materials, so take good care of it and follow the washing instructions carefully. Delicate only, and cool only, and use only a horizontal washer that does not have a central agitator or you will tear it up. Only dry on low temperatures (preferably in a very larger laundromat dryer so it has plenty of room to loosely toss about. Drying it in the sun is alright as well, but it won't fluff like you want it to. I recommend using a waterproof and bug proof protector on top of this just to be sure you take care of it properly. Now I want to buy one for both my Mother and my Aunt HAHAHHA! TG it is in my price range.. barely. (Addendum: I have run it through the big dryer at the laundromat.. The dryer was cold so I gave it a quick warm on medium for anout 2 minutes and then tumbled on low for quite some time. The topper was fully ready in about 25 minutes, but I decided to elt it go on low while I did the rest of my laundry. It did perfectly and is just like the manufacturer photos.. I was so tired when I arrived home that I just flaked out on top of everything.. It was so comfortable that I was out liek a light in very short order and slept beautifully. I can attest that if you use this below your sheets instead of covering it with an additional mattress protector, that it does have better cooling effect. I will of course keep my waterproof/bugproof protector on top just for safety. The cat is nutz about the new topper as well.) Namaste.

I am very surprised at how much I love this topper. I did as others shared about putting it in the dryer. I did it on low for about 40 mins and it fluffed up nicely. No smell at all. I run hot all the time, had a foam roller that made things worse, this topper actually is cooling or at least doesn’t make me feel any hotter which is huge for me! I’ve only had it for a week so I can’t say if it’s helped with any aches and pains. I love getting into bed now and feeling the softness under me. So glad I gave this a try!

I love it. It feels so nice to sleep on. It fit perfectly over a foam topper and my mattress and the queen sheet was able to fit over all of them! It was nice and easy to put on and use the elastic to keep it in place. I was a tiny bit disappointed with the fluffiness. I was hoping for a cloudlike sleep! It was still very comfortable.

This mattress is very comfortable, and it has good back support fits your mattress snuggly. Expands when removed from package and it can be washed when needed. I will buy more for my family and friends. It has no noise while you sleep. also, it is easy to put on your mattress. No zippers are attached to it.

Such an improvement for great value!! I had hip pain every night; we were trying not to have to buy a completely new mattress. We though we would try this first!! My hip pain has improved tremendously and it is so comfortable!! It also is cooling!

Thought we might need a new mattress and was a bit doubtful that a topper could make such a difference. Especially at such a reasonable price. Believe me, it has made a huge difference to my sleep and achy back! It arrived quickly and was quite compressed. But it became puffy as soon as the wrapper was removed. No need to fluff. It was basically ready almost as soon as we readied the bed. And the fitted pockets keep this topper firmly on the mattress with no slipping or sliding. The pockets adequately stretch to accomodate mattress corners. It sleeps cool, no added warmth. Actually supports my back while feeling plush. The weight is perfect. We do have a agitator in our HE washer so that I feel as though this might have to be washed in a large capacity washer. But I do have a large capacity dryer and believe it could tumble mostly dry, then possibly air dry for the last bit of fluffing. This was a really great value purchase.

*Yes you gotta let it fluff up! Open it up out of the plastic, shake it out, and let it fluff up. It took ours around 24hrs ish. No it is not super thick. But Yes it is comfy. It seems well made. It is very soft and very nice to lay on. *However, if you are a hot sleeper, I would suggest not getting this topper. For this reason we cannot use it. The seller's customer service is fantastic. I can honestly recommend this seller and the mattress topper, even though it didn't work for us.
