I’m gonna try and answer all the questions I had about this when I was looking to buy it because I want to give a realistic overview on what to expect. This will cover the two main things this does for you, which is spinning poke stops and catching Pokémon. You can turn these both on at the same time or select them individually. It does not require you to touch or interact with it after it’s started.This thing is amazing and has changed how I’ve enjoyed the game. Being stuck as the driver almost every time I go out, I miss out on a lot of Pokémon and poke stops but this evens the playing field. I used to worry about using too many poke balls and that has definitely changed. I take the best route to work I can and probably hit 35 poke stops on my 5 mile drive with a slight detour to add some more in. I don’t even wear the watch, I just take the gem looking part as seen in one of the pictures and put it in my pocket.First off I’ll cover spinning poke stops which is the main reason I bought this and the reason I gave this 5*. It can spin poke stops I don’t usually get and will start spinning them as soon as they get within range of the outer pink circle around your character. This will also spin gyms at the same speed as a poke stop. I can drive by a corner with 3 stacked on each other at 35 mph and get every one. When I drive through town at 25 mph with poke stops on both sides it probably hits 80 – 90% of them depending on the spacing of the stops.Now for the catching of the Pokémon. This is not very good at catching Pokémon. It does ok on lower level ones but the higher level they are the less likely it is to catch them. It catches them at the same chance as a normal poke ball with no bonuses. It uses one ball per attempt and if it fails the Pokémon flees. This is really only good when you have a lot of balls to burn and don’t care if it’s not getting a lot of Pokémon. Catching is ok but not something I like to use that much. It will also only try to catch Pokémon that are within the white circle around your character or very close to it. It does not work well with spinning poke stops while trying to catch Pokémon if you’re driving. It always prioritizes Pokémon and you will miss a lot of poke stops. It is nice if you hit a crowded area with a ton of low level Pokémon that you don’t care if it fails on and have extra poke balls.My recommendation is if you’re driving just do poke stops or just do Pokémon but don’t try to do both. Walking you can do both but make sure to manually catch ones you really want before it attempts to catch them. If you drive really slow you can get a lot really quick but say goodbye to your poke balls and don’t ever use it to try and catch something you really want because it will probably let you down. One special mention is that if you’re fighting in a gym or team rocket grunt it does keep spinning poke stops and trying to catch Pokémon but will pause if you manually try to catch a Pokémon and takes a moment to start going again. I did have a raid freeze on me after defeating it where my screen froze and I suspect this might have been part of it so maybe turn it off before just in case.It will disconnect after an hour and you just have to hit the icon on your screen that greys out, tap the device, and then re pair with your phone, takes maybe 10 – 15 seconds max.TLDR: This is amazing at spinning poke stops and gyms, not great at catching Pokémon while also using a lot of poke balls, and does not do both well while driving as it prioritizes Pokémon over poke stops.Pros:- Great passive way to get more items- Works without needing to interact with it- Makes the game more enjoyable by providing more items you wouldn’t normally get- It’s amazing at spinning poke stops and gyms and gets ones I can’t get as a passengerCons:- Not great at catching Pokémon- More cost just to play a phone game.- Can burn through poke balls very quickly.- Does not catch Pokémon and spin poke stops well simultaneously if you’re driving.- Will cost you more money when you realize you never have enough inventory space.* Adding some tech support tips as this can be finicky sometimes. 2 issues you may have with connection. These two techniques have fixed any recurring issues I've had.1: Device not found - but it still shows under Bluetooth paired devices.Solution: Go to Bluetooth paired devices, unpair your device and reconnect it.2: Device not found - doesn't show up under Bluetooth paired devices.Solution: Reset device by holding the touch screen button you use to connect it while simultaneously plugging it in to charge - repeat three times and the screen will pop up a sparkly "Brooks" on the display. Re pair and reconnect like normal.

I’ve been thinking of trying an auto catcher to make the grind easier. The Brook brand appeared in many reviews so I bought this on a whim.The catcher itself is oval shaped with facets like a gem. Located at the bottom of one end is a button that you’ll use to wake up the catcher or cycle through the different modes. The package comes with wrist attachment that you can place the catcher into for wear as a watch. Also included is a charging cradle. The cradle can be plugged into any charge block that has USB A.It wasn’t clear to me from the instructions, but here is what I did to get the catcher working on my 13 Pro Max. Charge the catcher and download Pocket Center. When catcher charged, go to Settings and Bluetooth. Tap the button on the catcher to wake it up. You should see the catcher appear as Pokemon Go Plus. Tap to connect it to phone. Then open Pocket Center. If you were fast enough Pocket Center opens to the configuration screen. If not you may have to tap the catcher’s button then tap the center of Pocket Center to have it scan for catchers.Auto Capture Known/Unknown when on will have the catcher try to capture those Pokemon when encountered. Auto Collect Stops will spin Pokestops and collect the items if you room in your bag. Vibrate allows the catcher to vibrate when it has performed an action. Disconnect Vibrate when on will not allow the catcher to vibrate after performing an action. Lock Screen disables manual changing of the previous modes from tapping the catcher button. Personally I found manually changing the modes on the catcher a nuisance. Set up the catcher the way you want and tap Disconnect which saves the options and programs the catcher.Next open Pokemon Go and tap the Pokeball at the bottom center. Then in the upper left click on Settings. Then scroll down and tap on Connected Devices and Services. New menu appears, then choose Accessory Devices. Tap on Pokemon Go Plus. You may have to tap the button on the catcher to wake it up so POGO can see it. It will connect afterwards and you’re all set!Things to know:You won’t see the animations for catching a Pokemon or spinning a stop. Depending how you set up your watch (catch known or collect stops) you will see a light red Pokeball icon over the Pokemon or Pokestop that has been detected. Catcher will show a message, either Pokemon in range or PokeStop in range. If set to catch or spin, you’ll see a status message after. You will also see an icon on the catcher. The catcher will show a pokeball with a check if it caught something or a pokeball with an X if it failed. The same for pokestops, except for a pokestop icon.You can absolutely play POGO with the screen off. As long as you haven’t swiped out/closed POGO, the catcher will continue to play for 1 hour before disconnecting. I often fire up the game, connect the catcher, then push the power button to turn off the screen.I have had occasions where the programming didn’t stay. I have gotten into the habit of checking the settings in Pocket Center before playing POGO.The catcher doesn’t always detect every pokemon or pokestop. You can manually disconnect the catcher from POGO by tapping pokeball icon in the upper right. Wait for the pokeball green light to disappear. Then tap the icon again and tap the catcher’s button to wake it up and reconnect to POGO.You can also manually catch a pokemon or spin a stop if the catcher is performing an action at the same time.The catcher does work even while driving. Just don’t expect it to catch or spin everything.I find that the vibration feature is helpful to see what’s going on in the game when the screen is off.The catcher’s watch strap is comfy, but I am concerned how long it will last. Material is a slightly rigid plastic/silicon. I can imagine it breaking one day.If you notice the catcher failing consistently whether its catching or spinning stops, check your pokemon storage or item bag. Probably full.Overall this catcher is highly recommended. It’s got some quirks but it works well. It was difficult to understand at first, but now I can’t imagine playing without it.

This is my second attempt at trying an auto-catcher device after I could not get the Gotcha Evolve to work correctly and ended up returning it. After a bit of trial and error with paring on a Pixel 6 Pro and updating firmware via the 'Pocket Center' app, I was able to get it rolling with Pokemon Go. During the most recent Go Fest finale event, I easily was able to turn on/off auto-catch and spin and the display on the device does a good job of telling you what is happening without having to look at your phone screen. My main goal was to not have to waste time spinning stops during the event to keep stocked on Pokeballs and gifts to send to friends, and this device handled it perfectly. The disconnect alerts are helpful and for the most part it was a set it and forget it experience, which is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this device!

Do not buy. Spend the extra money on Pokemon Go Plus+. This junk had instructions in barely English -12 font that you need a magnifier to read and it’s barely instructions but pictures of hieroglyphics that show on the front of the watch that is difficult to transcribe just a hassle to connect and not even worth it.

Works great, keeps connection for the hour niantic let's it be connected before auto booting the device from your game. It catches quickly about 95% of the time but it can in those 5% of the times just not detect a pokemon that's right next to you. Easy to use and get used to the display meanings. Charges super fast and lasts well over 2 days. If you want/need and auto catcher this is the one. Either auto spin stops and catch or just spin stops alone ot just catch alone it does all the features.

It catches alot of pokemon so its good. What i dont like is that it stops catching them if u stand still abit, somehow i guess it makes sense since its suppose to be a "walking" game. But i would have wanted it to catch even when i stand still. Its fairly easy to understand how to activate it, what to pick ect. Feels ok on the arm. Easy to charge. A few of the settings arnt working properly like only spinning the stop. It doesnt do anything when i put on that mode.

Va perfecta, se desconecta cada hora como todas, pero por lo demás han mejorado muchísimo el tema de la batería, una semana usándola mas de 6h al día y no se agota, solo mejoraría la luminosidad de la pantalla, con sol cuesta mucho ver lo que pone, pero tb han mejorado que antes durante las capturas o cuando estaba cogiendo paradas no podías tu hacer nada, ahora si, muy recomendable.
