This product does not make you tired. However, in my experience it does help me get to sleep. I work on call and with an ever changing sleep schedule I would toss and turn and have a hard time getting to sleep. This has helped me relax and get to sleep. It has also given me better quality of sleep. In just a few days of use I went from feeling groggy during the day after restless sleep to having QUALITY sleep and feeling rested and energized!. I have dreams every night which was rare before. I'm not sure on weight loss as a result of ingredients but the rest I get translates into more energy, better recovery, and increased energy. Supplements are tricky. You probably don’t need them but if you’re like me you enjoy them because you like having an edge. This is a good one. I’ve taken many sleep supplements.I decided to overhaul my lifestyle and get back on a strict calorie deficit, workout 30-60 mins 6 days per week using metcons and hypertrophy style training, getting in the sauna daily, and recovery/sleep is a huge priority to be able to sustain the training along with my semi active career.In one week I’m seeing changes in the mirror and I feel more rested even when I have less time to sleep. My mood is better and my muscles are recovering in 48 hours.This supplement gives me vivid dreams and I’m also talking in my sleep sometimes but I’m not laying awake after getting up to use the bathroom in the night. I’m not in an uncomfortable haze in the morning. I cut off my caffeine around 12 and look forward to sleeping again at night. I’m no longer taking naps or wishing I had time for naps. I no longer have anxiety about what I’m missing if I go to bed early.I recommend this if you’re serious about training and recovery.

I don't really know if this stuff is working. I've taken it about a month and half and can't really tell if I am losing any weight. I DO sleep pretty good while taking and have some additional energy in the morning. But I bought it to burn some fat while sleeping. I'm going to keep taking it....but as the headline reads...."I Dunno!"

This is the one I take at bedtime and it does help me get more relaxed sleep.

I used this product in regimen with the Performix SST and Performix AbCuts; The SST & AbCuts were great - This stuff was AWFUL! It did not matter how exhausted I was each night before taking this supplement, but after taking it as directed, I would be WIDE AWAKE for half the night - very frustrating! I would periodically take breaks from using this supplement to see if maybe there was another factor at play, but it always happened EVERY TIME I took this supplement. I will never use it again, that's for sure.

This is the only over the counter supplement that helped me sleep . I don’t wake up drowsy and it also has fat burners . My son , son -n- law and husband use it now
