This is probably the mustard I would choose if I could only have 1 mustard… it has a Dijon base with a little of the whole grain and a slight tang if yellow mustard . It is delicious and versatile and so good especially on sandwiches!!

Fantastic Dijon mustard.
Dijon mustard with whole grain mustard seeds. What's not to love? Delicious mustard, so much better than the GP stuff. This is my new go-to Dijon.

THIS IS THE BEST MUSTARD IN THE WORLD
Maille Mustard is one of the oldest and most awarded heritage brands of mustard in the entire world. While they used to have an international presence, they now are in one store in France. I have had the joy of being able to taste many of their mustards and cornichons and other products, some of which are now only available in Europe. I can tell you that Rich Country is their best mustard. It is so incredibly versatile, from marinades to salad dressings to sauces to being the secret ingredient in my salad sandwiches and devilled egg filling. It has the perfect balance of seasonings to elevate any dish you try it with. Rich Country is unironically the condiment I bring with me in my bag: popped out of the fridge into my purse before leaving and kept chilled, that is! If you haven't tried it, do it now! You'll never look at mustard the same way again!
