Great pan
I researched ceramic non-stick pans extensively online before purchasing. At first, it seemed like using and caring for them would take a lot of effort. However I've found that once you learn the "rules," it's really very easy. This pan is awesome. You have to use only low heat and stay an attentive cook. If you do those things, food cooks beautifully and slides right out of the pan. Clean up is super easy once you let the pan cool. I highly recommend this pan.

Initially I was disappointed as food stuck to the pan
Initially I was disappointed as food stuck to the pan. Then I saw the directions on the inside of the product sleeve (English directions printed after the Italian ones). You need to initially season the pan by wiping it down with a little cooking oil. Also you should wait for the pan to heat to the proper temperature. There is a square area between the handle and the pan. With heat (about 2 minutes of medium heat on an electric stove), the square changes from black to grey, and a green logo appears. By-the-way, the heat-sensitive color change is NOT mentioned in the directions--I remembered it from the product description on Amazon. Seasoned and at the proper temperature, food does not stick in the pan. I have used the pan frequently for about 2 months. I wipe it with oil once a month (as a precaution against food sticking). The pan still looks pristine. The pan carries a 5 year guarantee --but only if it was purchased in European Union countries. I love the pan. You might also---if you are willing to season occasionally and wait for it heat to the proper temperature.

Incredible durability
I've used this pan over a year and it looks like new. We primarily use it for eggs, using 16 eggs at a time for a huge breakfast. The few times I've tried to brown steaks in it, it has lost its slippery glide for a few washes, so we stick to low impact cooking like sauteing veggies or eggs. Would by again in an instant for it's durability alone.

THIS is the ONE
After trying several pans, we found this to be the best. Worth the cost!
