Broke my wrist and rely on a walker for my mobility. This walker not only allowed my wrist to finally heal because I wasn’t constantly placing pressure on it from gripping the other walker, but I am now walking upright! Woohoo! I still need to look at the ground to reassure myself where I’m stepping since I can’t feel the ground, but I now stand and no longer look like an old lady. This 62yr old has a lot more life to live. Anyhow.. I noticed I had a screw that constantly kept working itself out then I noticed the pole was developing a possible crack. With a crack I can’t risk the walker failing in its safety. I contacted via this rating system because I couldn’t find any other way to get ahold of them and they responded. Now less than 24hours later I now have replacement parts and a spare I requested being sent. .. I initially contacted Amazon and even tho it was just past the 30 return policy they said they would return and refund ( short $20 of what I originally paid) as a courtesy. Why refund when I just needed one simple part? All I was looking for was how to contact to utilize the one year warranty. This warranty needs to have better information on how to contact or order parts. My service representative was Ivy.. she is amazing and made sure the parts were replaced and when that didn’t happen fast enough she had them send out a new walker to replace the one I had. A++ in my book thank you!

Friend has brain cancer that causes her mobility issues. We got it for the color, not the armrests, but they have become the best part of the walker. She spent 2 weeks doing PT at the hospital and they were ecstatic about the arm rests. With her body weakness from the cancer she was having a lot of falls trying to use a standard walker because when her leg gives out, her arm soon gives out as well. With the armrests, the weight stays on her upper arms and she doesn't fall.

This is a flimsy, top heavy, low-quality material, extremely light-weight, shaky and unsteerable walker. It does not support a person of less than 175 lbs. let alone the weight stated on the ad. The 4 front wheels do not align correctly and it is very hard to use on a normal floor! It is impossible to use on a sidewalk without the top wanting to fall over...can hardly keep the wheels on the ground. We are so disappointed in this product. We even had a professional physical therapist say this walker is not safe to use. And, to top it off, the color is too glaring.

Works well for people who need some assistance with mobility and back support.

It seems sturdy new, after using for a couple months, it loosing some some of it’s sturdiness. But I am a 6’ 4”, 330# man, it still supports me well after 8 months of use. If I wear this one out, I will purchase another one.

If this was to be used for a permanent walker, I would not be keeping it. As this is for short time use only, it will do. I would spend extra money on something more heavy weight and not so hollow/light weight if I advised a person wanting to purchase.

I bought mine in jan 2022 and in Feb became critically ill to the point I was bedridden and hospitalized for a number of things including sepsis and lost my strength and ability to walk. I was so happy to have this when I was recovering and used it daily to relearn to walk and in July finally returned home. The armrests were not useful but the rest of the walker was. It is sturdier than the ones at the rehab center and the lovely blue color made it easy to recognize amont the centers walkers. I still have balance issues and use the walker whenever walking more then 10 feet or vaccuuming. It has served me well and is still doing so after 2 years. I would reccommend it to anyone. I weighed just over 300 when I bought it and lost 140 over the time I was ill but whatever the weight the walker has been sturdy and I feel safe usint it. I would highly reccommend it to anyone.
