The OEM part costs $100 more. A review by an Amazon customer a few years ago stated this part worked for his tractor which is the same model. It was necessary to make an adapter plate since the threaded holes in the firewall are not the same. This was simple enough to make. No wiring was changed as it was plug and play. Following installation, I bush-hogged several acres for 5 hours. Every aspect of the tractor operation was normal.

The regulator was delivered 1 day before it's original delivery date, great shipping.I used the voltage regulator on a Ford GT-85 lawn tractor. I was a little skeptical that I had found this at this price. Although, I ordered it, it arrived and installed the part and it works perfectly, no problems. Thank you.

Found a reference to this regulator for a direct replacement for a Kioti LB1914 tractor, and wah-la, it works! Had to drill new mounting hole (reused and old hole for other side) but plugged right in. Note: be careful about where to place a battery charger (not on starter bolt!) Be sure to remove in-line fuse to regulator before placing charger on battery. Otherwise, it can fry both fuse and regulator.

Worked fine on my kubota b5200 fyi not the products fault but if you have the same tractor getting to this part is miserable. Part worked great though.
