First can arrived damaged but was promptly replaced. I used this to seal the cut ends of two large tree stumps that I want to maintain for a few years. I poured out quantities and then spread it around with a foam brush that I later threw away. The sealant is thick but flows enough to be spread easily and levels out as advertised. It's been very humid so it's still a little tacky but looks like it will work well to seal out rain so the tree trunk will take much longer to rot.

Water leaked when it's heavy rain but once I use this for it, stopped leaking. Other products not worked but this was! Great

Certainly solved the problem of a leak in the spa coverOnly problem was that the coating was very slow to dry - after several days, the coating was still stickyI solved tha problem by painting anothe product (porch paint) to seal the sticky cover

I had a spot in my roof that I was worried could let water in (around microwave vent). I got this and went up on my roof with one jug and a paint brush. Did the vent and still had a lot left over so I said heck with it and did all my vents and sky lights just for some added waterproof protection since I live in a hurricane zone. Waited 2 days and went up with the 2nd jug and repeated the job. Works great. Has the texture of a thicker Elmer's glue. Dries rubbery. Great purchase.
