Really excellent comfort and sound for the price!
I recently took my quite unloved XBOX One S to work to use in my lunch breaks and wanted an inexpensive headset to use so I didn't disturb the office when playing. I initially made the mistake of buying the incredibly cheap and plastic Turtle Beach Recon 50X unit, which I returned as it was broken right out of the box. I paid a few extra ££ to upgrade to the Plantronics RIG 400HX and I have to say I am blown away by how good it is for the money. It is incredibly comfortable to wear, doesn't make your ears hot, the sound is great and the mic works just fine. In this price range this headset is going to be pretty tough to defeat. Also, the camo is pretty nice too. Give it a go, I don't think you will be disappointed.

NO SUPPORT DO NOT BUY
After 3 months my headphones stopped working, the jack plug is a poor design and has a sharp edge which I think damaged the lead, why as gaming headphones to plug into a controller they don't use an L shaped plug I do not know.So I contacted the Gamery for a replacement set, as it was past 3 months it goes to manufacturers warranty.Contact RIG and Plantronics and then finally Nancongaming as they have been passed on to other owners, and no one will honour the warranty.So if you buy them and they break? you get nothing. I wish I'd bought a different brand with support.

So Comfortable
Before buying I went to PC World and tried 15 or so headsets at various prices but coukdn't decide so just plumped for these. So glad I did as they are so light and comfortable and the sound is great.

Very good for low cost headphones.
I’m not an audiophile, but they sound good to me. The directional sound is very good for gaming, good mic monitor and levels controls. Very comfortable and light. I can wear these for hours and they don’t cause headaches like other headphones have in the past.

great headset bought for my xbox one x and with dolby atmos enabled they are superb, the range of sounds is stunning and you can hear exactly where enemies are coming from
