After posting my original review, customer service looked into it and realized the mismatch in recommendation is due to an update to their design which wasn’t reflected across all product descriptions. They were courteous, professional, and quickly resolved my issue. I am MORE than satisfied with the replacement product and the level of service I received from BLUU.ORIGINAL POST:Help needed. This base was recommended for my BLUU Sequoia cantilever umbrella but there is no way for the base to fit since the umbrella has a foot petal that allows the shaft to rotate. No other base by BLUI seems to fit this feature despite being the same company. Feels sturdy and looks nice. Wish we could use it.

works great with the BLUU REDWOOD 11' 2 tier umbrella. We filled ours with water, didn't see much advantage with sand. super sturdy and easy to use. looks good. beware...it's BIG. But we were able to make it work on our relatively small pool deck.

Good sturdy base. Collectively, the 4 parts of the base can contain over four hundred pounds of sand/water. The only problem I see is filling the four segments of the base. Each segment comes with a small treaded cap to allow for filling of sand and water. IMI, you have to use sand and water or sand alone to stabilize an 11 foot umbrella. Water alone, won't do it. The stand is a little pricey for what you get but, still not bad.

Great fit. A bit of a pain to fill with sand and water but that's kinda the nature of the beast. Very, very heavy, so make sure your umbrella is where you want it.

It was so easy to assemble. Pretty sturdy at keeping umbrella balanced. Easy to disassemble if you want to move it or store for winter.
