HAWKINSFUTURA PRESSURE COOKER, 4 Liter, GRAY

These Futura pressure cookers are practical , stylish and so easy to clean. I would not use any other brand or style . I have them in different sizes and they always make the most rich and tasty stocks , soups and casseroles . My kitchen would not be complete without one!

I have 2 non-induction Futura pressure cookers which are great, really, really great and look wonderful.On upgrading my hob to induction I needed an induction compatible model and was delighted that Futura make one, however it was ridiculously slow to heat even a small amount of water. It looks like Futura have machined out the bottom of the aluminium pan and inset a induction conducting disc which might have worked if it was flush with the bottom of the pan which it isn't.A great pity as I love the shape and ease-of-use of my other 2 Futura pans.

Item arriving well packaged but upon opening, the lid handle and other parts are full of scratches and stains. Appears like used before. Returning the item.

Have used this brand for years. And this particular model is my favorite 😍

But weight makes it difficult to handle

This product not giving time interval citi to alert cook ready. Always slow sound pressure release. I am not satisfied.

It doesn't whistle like the conventional cookers. Instead it continuously makes noise. You'll need a timer to turn off this cooker in time to avoid burnt rice in bottom.
