Healthy
I'm so glad this product is available. We cook it with other vegetables like carrot and onion as a healthy side dish. Its quite mild and delicious.

GOOD PRICE, GOOD PRODUCT
My title says it all, plus it's a great way to add iodine into your diet which most Americans are deficient in, plus it's KOSHER for anyone adhering to kosher dietary laws.

Can NO LONGER AFFORD!! $91 dollars for 6 Arame????
The jump in price from $57 to $91!!!!!! is OBSCENE!!! One must be RICH to buy seaweed. Maybe we really should be eating closer to home. Great product, ridiculous.Gisele GuerrasioPortland, OR

Two Stars
I didn't like the taste. Probably should have gotten capsules instead.

My favorite sea vegetable!
I started eating Arame about two years ago and it is my favorite sea vegetable. Filled with minerals and it doesn't have a salty taste. I add it to my stir-fry dishes or just make a seaweed salad. Emerald Cove puts out a quality product. Amazon sells it for less than I can find it in any health food store in my vicinity.

Great for seaweed salads
This is good value for the amount of product, remember it's dried and will swell significantly after soaking. It's pretty clean, just rinse it well before soaking. The taste is mild, great if you want to add more sea vegetables to your diet.

A lot of Arame
I was a little overwelmed by how much was in each 1.76 ounce bag. This was the first time I purchased Arame and decided to get the Emerald Cove brand based on other reviews. The good news is that my shipment on 11/27/12 has a best by date of 06/27/14 so I'm sure I'll be able to use it all by then. As a bonus, there is a recipe for "arame noodles" on the back of the package that I'm looking forward to trying this weekend.
