Waterdrop Reverse Osmosis System, Reduce PFAS, TDS Reduction, Under Sink RO System

The Waterdrop RO unit performed flawlessly for 3 years. The original faucet developed an issue of incorrectly illuminating RED and not illuminating BLUE based upon the condition of the units filters. The customer service provided by Waterdrop was superb to resolve the issue. My request for support was promptly responded to with explicit troubleshooting steps (e.g. supplying a video of the symptoms, power cycling steps, etc). Once the issue was isolated to the faucet unit, a replacement faucet (a newer/current faucet version with display) was promptly arranged at a reasonable spare part costing. Fortunately, the newer faucet was a direct replacement easy to install. Kodos especially to customer service representative Krystal!

This system is excellent for water quality and taste I highly recommend adding the m&r remineralization filter in line with the output water. This system takes up the least space of any reverse osmosis System that I've researched and it produces high quality water on demand with a tankless design at a rate of 400 gallons per day I can fill my entire coffee pot up in about 25 seconds. I also added the PMT or pressure mini tank and ran a line to my refrigerator ice maker and water supply and it works just fine. The only drawback is that if you have marble granite or other type of stone countertops it will be extremely hard to drill through that material to add the provided faucet if you don't have a lot of tools or know how I recommend hiring a professional to install it but otherwise this is an excellent system for the money although filters for it are a little bit pricey I think it's worth it.

Great filter system with tankless design and easy installation! The customer service is EXCELLENT! Recently the filter life indicator on the faucet was malfunctional. I emailed the customer service. They responded promptly and tried helping me troubleshoot the problem. And finally they sent me a new replacement faucet and a new CF filter. Now the filter system works well again.

I bought this product about 4 yrs ago and it's still working well. I recently got a small issue on the device and the customer service agent Rebecca is very helpful and helped me to solve that problem really quick. I highly recommend this product.
