Compact and Perfect!
I work from home a lot and I needed a docking station to use at home to avoid unplugging the one at work every week. I'm super pleased with this incredible small (non bulky) multi-purpose docking station. It's perfect for connecting my two monitors to my laptop when I'm working from home!

Great customer support.
I wanted to purchase a second of this particular Selore USB-C hub because it has all the functions I need and, although similar to a different Selore model, this one provides an additional USB-C port instead of a 3rd DP monitor port that I do not need. The unit was out of stock with no known availability date. I contacted the dealer and he notified me as soon as this model was again available on Amazon. Thank you very much for keeping me notified of its availability. I now own two this hub and both work great with my Dell XPS 13 laptop.

Doesn't overheat
Many more options for adapters in varying degrees, does not heat up at all. Cord length is good, quality is great for the price too. A definite good find.

It was good while it worked
Had purchased it last year. It worked for only 13 months. I was using it in PD mode, with one HDMI 2K monitor connected and 1-4 USB devices (mice and keyboard) connected intermittently. Yesterday, I tried connecting my external USB 3 HDD and it crashed and stopped working after that. Had connected that HDD with it many times in the past with no issues but this time something blew up inside it! At the cost I paid, I wanted it to be more reliable than that and work for at least 3-4 years before giving up on me.Anyways, the one major con with it was that there was a terrible white noise from the speakers always when connected to the audio port. Tried changing speakers but the result was the same. So, seemed like an issue with this hub - many other reviews say the same. But I got used to it over time. Not sure if I'll buy it again though. Am in the market looking for a replacement now!!

Many ports available, but a cluttered desktop because ports are located on 3 sides of the box.
Update 10/2/22 I have not experienced any loss of communication to my monitors with the replacement docking station. The replacement has reliably connected both of my monitors during laptop boot-up and restart from Sleep mode. In addition, I have utilized a USB-A expander to plug in both my keyboard and mouse to one USB-A port on the dock. Now all routine connections to the dock are on the end and back side which has reduced clutter on my desktop. Only giving the dock a 4 star rating because it more than one month for the company to replace my defective docking station.Update 9/25/22 I have received a replacement Docking Station. First day startup worked fine, but so did the original dock. I will provide an additional update after observing performance during the next two weeks. After more than a month of dealing with this company they finally agreed to replace this defective product.I am disappointed because the docking station has lost communication with my two HDMI connected monitors many times. I have had to unplug the monitors and plug them back in to force the dock to reconnect them. Dock has also locked my computer from starting twice forcing me to unplug the dock and bring up the computer and then reconnect the docking station.
