Q: How do I go about getting a replacement pump for this something happened to my pump I bought it back in December of last year

Call ummm! They answer-! ( the manufacturer) Try tapping with a hammer ( lightly) . When I store mine I run about 8 oz’s of diesel- Keeps it lube’d . It says it in the manual. Like anything- ethanol 10 gas is its enemy-

You should be able to use connectors and tube from Lowe’s/Home Depot. I went into my boats tank from the fuel gauge sensor and that worked great. Just 5 screws and didn’t have to worry about trying to thread the tube all down the furl hose.

Q: Does this require a separate battery, or will it hook to a 12v car battery?

It does not require a separate battery. It will work directly off the cig plug in your car.
