Excellent product from OSIM. Operation is very simple and user friendly for users of any age. The massage provided is soothing and relives pain from back, lower back, thighs and calf as described in ads. Overall the performance of the product is appreciable and justfies it's cost. The product supplier, M/s Paramount is very supportive and quick in response to solve any problem.

I have chronic lower back issues and use a lower back heat massage pillow almost every morning to allow the blood to flow and muscles to loosen up. I have been through about 4 others that are in the range of $30 but each has only lasted about 3 months. So I paid up for this one. So far, so good after one month. I don't see any early signs of fabric failure and none of the heat knobs have failed. The functionality is also very good as the pillow sits very low on my back and can be raised. Month 7 - massage pillow still rocking. I have not had another last this long.

The first piece I received did not turn on at all. And it had a torn cover. Obviously a defective, damaged piece. And I was told it is non-returnable!!! However, when I pressed they took it back. And the seller reached out immediately and has sent me a new piece. I appreciate that. Now, the product. I have just received it and used it twice. And I LIKE it. My husband had a stiff neck and shoulder. This really helps in easing out the knots. I had pain in my back. This feels so gooood. It does take some getting used to, it is quite a firm massage. But you can control the intensity by how much you press on it. And the heat is also quite useful. It automatically changes direction and mode of massage and that enables the massager to cover the entire area you are massaging. I have taken one star off because I wish I could have more control on the massage mode and time. Both these are fixed. Of course, you can stop it when you want. Overall, a good experience.
