The following are the precautions when the camera is connected to the App:

① When opening the app for the first time, be sure to enable all the permissions required by the app. If you are not sure whether all the permissions required by the app are enabled, you can try to uninstall the software and download it again. When opening the software, follow the pop-up prompts to enable the permissions. The app can be downloaded from the Google Store or Apple Store.
② Mobile phones with Android 11 system and above need to open the positioning permission, and Apple mobile phones need to open the Bluetooth permission; please rest assured, this is a mobile phone system requirement, and there will be no privacy security.
③ Before connecting to WiFi, you can try to turn off the 4G/5G data network of the mobile phone and then connect to ensure the stability of the camera's WiFi signal.
④ After the phone is successfully connected to the camera's WiFi when opening the App, please make sure that the camera's built-in WiFi is connected to the phone and does not automatically switch to another WiFi signal.

Our GA100 action camera cannot store video directly inside the camera for the time being and requires a MicroSD card (TF card) with a capacity of 16-64GB and above Class 10. 📷

At the same time, when our camera is used for the first time, we need to format the MicroSD card with the format function in the camera.
