work great, better than beans. I did need two cans to fill a deep pie dish. Tins are lovely.

Me han gustado mucho estas bolitas para hornear las bases de las tartas. La cantidad que trae es un poco justa para una tarta de 27 cm. de diámetro, pero suficiente. Lo que sí es que hay que esperar a que se enfríen totalmente para volver a meter en el bote de metal.

Die Backbohnen kamen schnell und unbeschädigt an. Die Füllmenge beträgt 636 gr. Also etwas weniger als die angegebenen 700 gr., da die Dose jedoch bis zum Rand gefüllt war, wird die volle Grammzahl kaum zu erreichen sein. Die Backbohnen selbst sind alle tadellos (sauber und heil) und haben in etwa die Größe von großen Erbsen. Habe sie noch nicht ausprobiert, werde dann evtl. meinen Kommentar überarbeiten.

While not revolutionary (they are just baking beans after all), these ceramic beans work as well as you could want them to. They are reasonably well made, fairly uniform and so far (nine months use) haven't started to chip, break up or create dust, so it seems like they will last a while. The tin is really the only differentiating factor against most other ceramic baking beans. It looks nice, with the retro look that matches the rest of Tala's products in this range. The tin is again well made and sturdy, so can cope with the beans being poured in an out of it well and provides a neat and convenient storage vessel for them. The tin measures 9cm in diameter and is 9cm tall. The tin comes pretty much full of beans, so you won't be able to fit any more in (maybe another 20 or so, max). The contents of one tin will completely cover the base of a 9" round cake or pie tin, with a one bean thick layer, with probably 30~ish beans on top in a second layer. Given that each bean is reasonably heavy, this has been fine for blind baking pastry. You could probably cover a slightly larger tin. The packaging states that it should cover up to a 13" tin, which it would, but the beans would be slightly spread apart. Overall, very happy. Good product, good beans and good storage tin.

Scatola vintage accattivante con dentro 700 gr di palline in ceramica. Utilissime per non sentirsi in colpa nell'usare i fagioli al punto che ne ho sempre fatto a meno, optando per preparazioni che non li richiedessero. Piccolo consiglio: usare le palline stendendo sulla pasta della carta forno inumidita. Galeotta la velocità di consegna Amazon.
