Needed a new laptop as my old HP was well over 10 years old. Used to have a 16” screen but this new laptop makes me feel like I have the same sized screen and haven’t sacrificed anything by physically downsizing. Graphics are superior. Touch screen is fantastic as well as the laptop being able to 360 fold in half. The exterior colors are sleek and I truly enjoy using the laptop because it is just so gorgeous!While the price is higher than what I wanted to pay, it was worth every penny as I just love this laptop! It’s incredibly lightweight too!Tech warehouse provided top notch support. It can be nerve racking buying from companies on Amazon but I can’t recommend tech warehouse enough. They answered all my questions and personally reached out during and after my purchase to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied.

I shopped around for a new laptop for months. Spectre exceeded my expectations. Along with sleek, it is lightweight and highly portable. Tech support was fantastic in helping me set it up. Runs like a dream and keeps up with me.

My new HP Spectre x360 13t arrived exactly as described. What was not expected however was the call I received from Miguel at Tech Warehouse on the same day of delivery to ask if the computer had arrived safely and if I had any questions or concerns. That is the first time any company has done that for anything I've ever purchased.I told Miguel that I noticed the warranty was ending in less than 12 months from the purchase date, so Miguel contacted HP and corrected it.This is my second HP Spectre and I love it. Now I can add Tech Warehouse to my list of favorites and enthusiastically recommend them as a supplier that truly cares about its customers.

The product shipped quick and works great. The clarity on the screen and weight are perfect. Tech support was quick and helpful getting the extra memory setup.

2.8 gig CPU for that kind of money? Keep looking, and get more bang for your buck.

It does everything I wanted it to, which is mostly an entertainment and utility machine with a bit of light gaming on the side. It's light enough to work decently as a tablet as the reviews will show, but having the windows operating system, the ports, and the keyboard make it work as a handy laptop. Any problems I had with the machine can be linked to windows 11 being a bit shakey at the moment.

In the first year the wireless connection failed. Now I need to drag a third party usb connection with me. Currently (year two) I’m getting messages from the machine telling me I have a non-HP battery that’s a problem and my memory is degrading (whatever that means). I paid a premium to be sure I had a solid system. Didn’t go quite as planned.

UPDATE: Two months into heavy use of this Spectre and I sill rate it A++ in performance and quality of design. I also continue to rate TECH WAREHOUSE A++ as they have continued to offer top of the line support, in particularly, though their executive, FRANK. The Spectre x360 13t is the outstanding 2 in 1 of my career and of the last 2 years. I gave up My new Surface Laptop Studio, last year's Surface Book 3 in favor of this HP. All features work flawlessly on Windows 11 -which I upgraded to once this device was set up... HP Support and all the incredible design features make this an A+++ device. HP provides easy, on-line support. I had some questions answered over the past peek that were replied to in a matter of minutes. Now I have to share my experience and enthusiasm for seller, Tech Warehouse.... I have never experienced anything like them....In my professional career dealing with buying new technology, I have never had the gift of such extraordinary customer service as I have experienced with Tech Warehouse over the past few days. Their support staff, in particular, Frank, responded within one half hour of a message I sent them through the Amazon Assistant. I needed some guidance on set up and special features that I have never had on any of my previous laptops. Frank called and guided me through every step to get me and this HP Spectre running as a team. In addition, I had the great pleasure of speaking with Lisa, one of Tech Warehouse's top management executives, of Frank that I wanted to share my great enthusiasm for his work and the entire way Tech Warehouse conducts business and manages customer relations before and AFTER the sale. I shared with both Lisa and Frank that I have never seen a company operate under a philosophy of true concern for long-term customer satisfaction and making real their stated practice of employing the rare virtue of human empathy when working with clients and their devices.
