I've been taking this supplement along with Saffron extract and am pleasantly shocked by with the results. I could tell with the first dose that my appetite decreased, along with most cravings. I work in an office that is always celebrating something and I have to walk through the kitchen to get to the copier. I have been able to pass up all kinds of treats without giving them a second thought. That in itself is phenomenal as I take that path several times a day. I have significantly cut down on portions as well. At dinnertime, I am able to put down the fork without digging in for seconds and still sit at the table with my husband until he finishes without reaching for more food. I feel satisfied with a lot less and I am making much healthier food choices. If I'm craving anything these days, it's fruits and vegetables.I wish I could say for sure how much weight I’ve lost. I didn’t bother weighing myself initially because I thought this would probably be another waste of money. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks and I’m fairly confident that I’ve lost at least 5 pounds (compared to what I weighed about 6 weeks ago). This is pretty much based just on food intake. The weather here is still pretty crummy and I haven’t been outside much to exercise. I can’t wait until it’s dry and warm enough to get outside and start training for my first 5k!I’m only half way through the bottle, but I’m getting ready to place another order because I’m so pleased with the results.I've tried green tea extract and countless other extracts that are supposed to aid in weight loss, but for me, this is the only thing that has ever actually worked. Their customer service is awesome, too.

I purchased this produce during the Amazon Prime Day sale (that wasn't much of a sale). I had already heard and read about Moringa Oleifera on other websites and was considering purchasing some for weight loss and energy increase, and because it is supposedly good for anemia and joint pain (I have fibromyalgia). I have now been taking the product for 2 weeks.I have lost no weight at all, which is why I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5. But these are the changes I *have* noticed:1. I am not snacking and don't think about food much. I can go all day without remembering to eat. You would think this would result in weight loss...instead I end up going all day without eating then eating a huge meal at the end of the day when hunger finally hits me. I think that putting some effort into developing a good eating schedule would probably make this supplement effective at weight loss.2. I am not craving fast food like I usually do. As a matter of fact, I've been able to take my kids to get fast food and yet pass on getting anything for myself. That is unheard of for me. Just the smell of fast food would prompt me to at least buy some fries, even if I wasn't even hungry.3. My craving for sweets has not reduced, but I'm also going through some hormonal stuff that may be the cause of that.4. I definitely have more energy. It's August in Texas - a period where I would typically stay inside close to the air-conditioner and feel too drained to do anything. Instead, I have been outside all week doing some furniture refinishing - hard labor during the heat of the day. I actually have a sunburn from being outside so much. I can't remember the last time I had a sunburn. And while inside, I'm cleaning house - the house is sparkling.5. I certainly am in a better mood. As a matter of fact, I think the improved mood might be more directly responsible for the increase in energy than the Moringa Oleifera. When I'm in a good mood, I want to move and get things done. This is probably the most notable effect I've had from taking these supplements - I've found myself, on multiple occasions, thinking "Wow, I'm in a really good mood."Overall, I'm pleased with this product and will be ordering more today.

I was looking for a Moringa supplement to help lose some weight.I have been looking at "weight loss products" for a long time. I've tried and done several of them. Been There Done That.After thorough research into the weight loss industry as a whole, I found, FOR ME, that I would rather go about my normal activities and "just desire to eat less". So, the key for me was to change my desire.To Change My Own Desire to Eat.After looking at some the studies on "appetite suppressants", the most favorable were for Moringa used in conjunction with Saffron Extract. So, I decided to give it a try.I'm using myself as a personal experiment. I'm measuring all my body parts: waist, thigh, bicep, chest.......just like they do at the health spa. I want to see how fast the weight comes off, when I choose to eat less by making my appetite "Feel FULL" faster.I'm about 4 days into the experiment. I'll keep the Amazon readers posted as to the inches and weight that comes off.But, as for now, in the first 4 days. I have noticed that I "FEEL" that I don't want to eat as much at dinner. So, I can say that my appetite is lowered already. Which over several months, will cause much less calories to go in. I'm liking it so far.I would recommend the combination of Moringa and Saffron Extract to everyone that wants to lose weight. It's working for me.

I wish this product was the one would do the trick for my ailments but I was disappointed after taking it for a week I don't feel the good promises they have advertised. For one, the color of the pill was brown not green and it did not smell like a moringa leafy smell. Plus, the one I previously purchased from you guys really worked well for me which is "Perfectly Natural Herbs" name brand really works. It smelled and look green leafy stuff. So I will just buy that brand again instead of this one it does not work at all. Maybe they gave me an expired bottle it just not look or smell natural to me.
