These are by far the best pins I have ever used. I have long thick hair and most of my life Bobby pins were a joke but these actually hold my hair in a French twist and a bun all day long. They also don’t slide out of your hair like regular Bobby pins do. I absolutely love these.

I didn't know these existed! My daughter has very thick, long hair, and dances. I was a bit frustrated to have to spend more on big Bobby pins, but these are worth it. They are strong, and huge. We will be using these for a long time!

These metal pins are what I've been looking for to manage my long thick hair. Especially good for full up-dos to keep them in place. The extra length and wider width are key. No more breaking plastic hair pins!

My hair is about hip-lenth, and I often wear it up for convenience and because I live in Florida. I like having a variety of things I can use for keeping my hair up, and I thought I'd try these hairpins out.They don't pinch and pull my hair the way bobby pins often do. Because of their shape, they also don't dig into my scalp like bobby pins do (a heavy bun can lever several bobby pins into your scalp after a while). And they're strong! Four of these pins can hold my heavy buns in place all day if I position them properly.There are a few negatives. The U design makes them more visible at the bottom of the U than bobby pins are, though they're definitely not decorative like some of my larger hairpins. Because they don't pinch the hair, they can also come out more easily if they get a gravity assist.But my teenage niece likes them so much she asked to borrow some and ended up keeping them. She loves how well they hold her animé hairstyles. I guess it's a good thing the 24-pack is a lot more than I expect to ever need at one time.

I wear ponytail wigs and usually have to use several stars hair pins to have it secured. Even then, sometimes I’m afraid it could accidentally get pulled. Not with these pins. Only two are needed for a secure fit and it only takes a minute to place.

These work OK but they don’t hold in the hair very well and end up dropping in the floor. I have a one year-old dog who tends to pick up anything in the floor and I would definitely not want her to get that in her mouth. I will never buy again

These are great. They’re the best hair pins I’ve used. It holds and secures my hair quickly and effectively. I always have them with me!
