I do not use a ton of salt in my food. So, when I want to add salt with pizzazz, I buy this. It has the health benefits of being low in sodium. And, because of that, nothing tastes too salty. And, because it is seasoned salt, it adds a lot of flavor to your food without being overpoweanon! Added bonus, it is easy to find on Amazon! It is near impossible to find the low-sodium version in stores. Not only does azon have this, they sell a 2-pack. And, whenever I have needed to restock, Amazon STILL has it available.

I’m so glad to find that Lawrys has a sodium reduced seasoning salt. I grew up with my parents using this and stopped using it years ago when I had high blood pressure. Now that it’s back in the normal range, I can finally use it again. I honestly think this gives meat so much flavour and prefer it over the healthy food enhancer.
