I don’t typically write bad reviews but I had such high hopes for this product. When I received it and took it out of the box you can tell it’s an extremely sturdy well-built light system. The problem is upon set up. The software requires 2.4 Band Wi-Fi of which I have but it would not connect to the 2.4 band. I tried several different configurations to include reconfiguring my Netgear nighthawk X 12. Subsequent troubleshooting with the app required me to reconfigure the name of each of my bands. To do that with throw my whole house smart system off and require quite a bit of reconfiguring. As I said in the beginning the product is sturdy durable the software seems to be backwards and behind the times. I return this to Amazon with no problems as usual and I’m on the hunt for another light string for my porch that does not run on one of those cheap remotes.

It took me 2 hours to get them to connect to my network. After having them for a month they keep disconnecting. I also have 3 bulbs that intermittently flicker while the rest are solid. This was a terrible buy.

Love these lights! Only wish there were more present themes, only green/red and red/white/blue. Can do another 2 color pick, but would have liked that to be three. Otherwise, great product and quality and the mobile app is easy. Would purchase again.

Very good quality, but not very bright lights, even at night. Also, when connected to a second string, they don’t synchronize, and have to be controlled separately from the phone app.

Excellent Quality, Colors, Setup, Controls, Customize Colors for Great Ambiance Lighting-Party’s-Holidays-Special Occasions. Not extremely bright if looking for lots of white light but plenty to BBQ and relax. Connects to WiFi w/ ease and w/o connectivity issues. If you want beautiful colors, excellent quality and control these lights are the ticket. They are well constructed, weather durable (rain,snow,wind,sun). Eyelet anchor connection point provided at each light (every 18”). Interconnected light strings can be separately controlled and/or programmed in sequence.Very Satisfied & Will Buy More.
