It leaked all over once I put it in a lunch bag meaning I guess you have to hold it up even if it’s snapped closed. I will be returning it.

My first grader always wants a hot lunch for school , this lunch box not only keeps his food warm it doesn’t leak, or mixes the food . I love it

It has too many scratches on its cover, may dried water droplets on the inside part ( food containers ). I have attached pictures.Its possible I was sent this by accident. The product itself looks alright had it not been a used piece.

The lunch will not stay hot unless you have boiling water underneath the silver tray. But if the the tray can not sit up right in the lunch box (which in most cases for kids lunch box it doesn’t) and is placed on its side the water will spill. The sealer is only for the top and silver tray. The size is also big for a kids lunch box so I bought ones that had side pocket for their drink.

It doesn't keep food warm.

Dread the grooves and liners. Cleaning them is a nightmare specially to assemble it back.

The steel insert is good but the plastic box on the outside doesn’t hold the inner insert tightly and then the box won’t close properly. Two times the food fell off the box in the attempt to open the box by my little one. He can never adjust it right to be able to then close it properly later. I used it late, else I would have returned this item. I would not recommend it for kids.
