Thumbs up for Paul Katami
Paul Katami is one of my favorite kettle bell instructors. He is straightforward, encouraging, not too fancy. I have all three of his DVDs and like them all. Great workouts, highly recommend.

Fantabulous!!
I love Paul Katami. So much so that I want to order his other KB dvd's. He is lots of fun and hard at the same time. REALLY has you working up a sweat with the drills and not as boring as other Kettlebell workouts. Time flies and before you know it your done. Standing in a puddle of sweat! Enjoy your workout!

Good workout for a half an hour
This is a good challenging workout that goes by quickly. However, being a more seasoned kettlebell workout person, I need another 15-20 minutes to make myself feel as though I have done enough. That is my only criticism is I would like it to be a little longer. Very safe for your joints and body. No high impact unless you want it and he offers many modifications for your level.

Great workout!
I love Paul Katami, and have several of his kettlebell DVDs. He encourages you throughout each workout without being obnoxious about it. It's a tough workout but doable for almost everyone.

Very good
Very good instructions and a good workout. The only thing I would say on the negative side is that it is not a fun workout. Pretty dry and right down to business. It doesn't make me want to come back over and over again.

I enjoy this instructor
I enjoy this instructor. He's instructive without being too chatty. The drills were more advanced, but not too difficult to understand with practice.

Great workout.
This workout will get your heart pumping. I really liked the pace of it, but do think you have to be in shape to keep up. I do prefer Lauren Brooks kettlebell workouts.
