Perfect money saving fix.
This is the perfect, cost effective fix. For my MK6 GTI.It looks great, easy to install and so much less expensive than the dealership . I highly recommend.

You should definitely buy this
This is amazing. I have a 2009 MK5 GTI, It fit perfectly, was very easy to apply, and looks super nice. I applied it on a 90 degree day, so didn't need to warm it up, but definitely try to peel only part of the backing at a time. It does not go fully around the n/d/s letters, but you honestly can't tell until you put your face down close. Well worth its cost (I thought it was a good price), and amazing to get such a precise cut on a mass made piece. My gear cover had been flaking off, and covering the spots with sharpie just wasn't good enough anymore, im very happy with this!

Not real carbon fiber.
It fits pretty good and looks pretty nice. It’s a solid piece but it’s not really real carbon fiber. Just be aware it’s not real.

Cleaner look
Looks a lot better. Only small complaint, the holes didn’t line up that great but other than that I’m pretty satisfied how it turned out
