where can i buy an ad on chime

You can buy an Eufy ad on chime from Amazon, but first check with Eufy to make sure your unit is compatible to be able to communicate with the chime. I was told mine was but come to find out they make a mistake when they told me an ad on chime would work with my system. So make sure you check with them before ordering, because you have to have a certain model of the 2K system in order to work with an extra chime.

Why won’t mine connect? Only home base rings

Did you add it to homebase in app? Check settings in app. Make sure dongle is plugged into homebase correctly. Oh did you sync chime? Last resort: delete, unplug both sides and from app. Restart your phone. Drink beverage of choice. Laugh about something and start again. 🖤

Amazon is out of stock, will other wireless doorbell chimes work with the 2c homebase and wireless doorbell camera?

It will surely work but if you want to save the hassle of charging the battery better get a wired doorbell from Eufy direct if it is un-available on Amazon

What is the point of this? You won't have to hook up eufy doorbell to your existing home doorbell chime wires?

What this does is set up a remote chime for your doorbell. Could be used to ring in a basement, back of house, upstairs or wherever. Or could be used (as I have) where my Homebase gets a better signal to camera, etc but is not in a good place for the chime. I have the remote chime in my living room and my Homebase located with my other network equipment.
