True. Straps don't adjust. That said, this is the best fitting bra ever -- and I typically have to adjust straps on other bras.

Q: Can't open the front clasp! How does it work?

Fold the two pieces of clasp together just as you would put your two hands together. Slide the little bar on the right side into the clasps/hooks on the left side until they're even at top and bottom. Then spread the two pieces open to snap them closed. Hope this helps.

This bra has gone downhill faster than I can keep up with it. It isn’t the nice fitting, quality, comfortable, supportive bra it once was. You will find that when you sit down the bra straps go up. They stand away from the body because the are made cheaply. The strap doesn’t have the elastic with good memory and encased in soft stretchy fabric. It is now a 1 layer piece of elastic strap with a rough cut edge. It looks and feels like it’s right off the elastic roll. I’m not surprised with your complaint. They have expanded in to everything from bras to jeans, leather look pants, and tops, at the cost of offering “Quality” products and great “SERVICE”. It use to be a great store for women by women. It seems to happen with companies when the spread themselves to thin. I gave up on the company. I wish I could offer you a more positive result from them.
