It's basic supply and demand - there is technically no MSRP as the manufacturer ceased doing MSRPs this year, but these are already sold out at the distributor level and in order for a store to want to ship them away when they could simply open them for $100 worth of cards or sell them locally at $40 and not lose shipping or fees, they need to be incentivized.
