Perfect tool for a great foot massage
Honestly I’m very impressed at how well it works for massaging your feet and arches. I like that it’s one piece so it will be very hard to break. The grooves feel amazing and the curves work really well to work the areas you need. A practical massage tool that could last you a lifetime. Don’t waste your time and money on complicated gadgets or something that requires power.

Works great for plantar fasciitis
Foot roller is great! Sturdy build quality and perfect size. I have recommended it to many people for several foot related ailments. I have been using this foot roller along with a lot of stretching before bed and throughout the day. Stretching should include the whole leg and foot (hamstring, quads, inner/outer calf muscles). I use stairs for outer calf and anything that sits at a 45 degree angle for stretching the inner calf. Stretching at least 2-4 times an hour is perfect! I am of the belief that the foot roller breaks down scar tissue and allows for a better stretch. I have read this allows for proper healing overnight. In order for the proper healing to occur you must wear some type of brace to keep your foot at a 90 degree angle. This keeps the fascia from tightening/shortening as your foot relaxes. As soon as you wake up and place your foot on the ground it tears all over again. Something like this one, "Bird & Cronin PLANTAR FASCITIS Night SPLINT". If you're a stomach sleeper its very uncomfortable. The solution? Move down in your bed and hang that foot off the end of the bed. If you're a back sleep it shouldn't be bad at all. If you sleep hot this will be difficult as well. The solution? Wear a thin temperature regulating sock, turn the fan on and uncover that foot. Do not tighten brace too much or parts of your foot will probably fall asleep do to lack of circulation. This prevents healing. I didn't choose orthotics because I don't want to be forced to wear them the rest of my life. I have been trying to strenthen my arch not weaken it. This allows for a more permanent solution. There are many other solutions for plantar fascia. Everyone is different, but I believe no one thing helped me, but a combination of things. Keep reading online and don't take one one source as gospel. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Great for plantar fasciitis
I bought this while experiencing plantar fasciitis. It did not resolve the problem but was a great help for relieving pain. I still use it often even if my plantar fasciitis is over. Solid construction. The little rubbers can go off but easy to put them back on.
