Q: Does this have adhesive on the back

Yes but not that great. Here’s what I did. Bout 3m fabric spray adhesive. Peel sticker on emblems. Spray 3m adhesive. Saint a few minutes until tacky and settled on double dissed tape that with emblems. Then apply. Do not use any adhesive stronger because if you have to remove in the future will be nothing but problematic. So far so good. Still holding Oh by the way. Had car ceramic coated. I noticed when exposed to weather sun and rain. A cloud development occurred. There is one way to avoid and protect. Spray a clear coat on it first let dry over night. Then follow initial steps that I mentioned I spray clear coat on other emblems and license plate and frame. Didn’t have that issue. Forgot to do those. So now I have to put a oil base material on it to prevent from cloudy occurrence

Q: Hiw does this install?

2 threaded posted on the back go through empty space on grill and then backing washer plates and nuts tighten it to the grill from the back side. I installed it then changed my grill and it didn’t fit then.

Q: Does this fit a 2012 Camaro?

Yes, but It doesn’t appear that the screw is rust treated.
