Works well as popular name brand and much cheaper. Prices have been rising though, so stock up!

Tablets Prone To Crumbling
I purchase loperamide/simethicone tablets in bulk for my father, who unfortunately requires several of these tablets daily since his colorectal cancer treatment. I tend to stick with Amazon Basics as they are a good product at a good price. These were less expensive (at the time of purchase) than the Amazon Basics so I bought 12 boxes. While they are effective in treating diarrhea and gas, the pills crumble easily, which is a bit frustrating to me. (A first world problem, I know.)

WORKS GREAT AND FAST
We are strict "keto people" in our house, and sometimes you get some food that you're not used to and "SURPRISE" your gut reacts. Keeping a couple of these in a pocket has been helpful to avoid "SURPRISE" moments, especially on road trips, or in places where sanitation is not at its best.

Better than taking “caplets” or “gel caps” of both products
I have a need for both the ingredients, and have always taken them separately. This works better & seems to calm the loose stools more quickly. They are large, and even broken in half, hard to swallow - but effective!

Works as well as name brand
Works as well as Immodium for half the price. The only thing I hate about this is the packaging, you have to nip the corner then rip off the paper. Its easy to just accidentally tear off the corner and have the rest of the paper still attached. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SCISSORS FOR A EMERGENCY!
