I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. The design is compact and easy to handle, which makes it convenient for regular kitchen use. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support

Even though my Amazon replacement window had closed, I contacted their support team directly, and they were very responsive and helpful. The pickup was arranged the very next day, and I received a replacement within 5 days since the product was under warranty. Overall, great product backed by excellent customer service. This juice mixer performs well and meets expectations. The only limitation is that it can only run for 1 minute continuously and requires a short cooldown before the next use. Aside from that, it's a great mixer and I'd highly recommend it. As for after-sales service — when it needed a repair at the 6-month mark, the response was quick, the process was smooth, and I received a brand new replacement with no hassle.

After a quick inspection over a short video on whatsapp, they acknowledged the issue & arranged for a replacement without unnecessary delays or complications. The new unit has been delivered and is functioning well so far. Overall, while the product did face an issue, the excellent after-sales service more than made up for it. Posting this review after a period of 6 months after I received the replacement. Thumbs up to the team. Keep it up guys.
