Excellent Quality
You definitely can get cheaper Water Chestnuts, but these fit well for excellent quality and reasonable price. For a long time I was buying a less expensive brand from another store, but I got tired of having to trim the bad spots off. With this brand, every can has been perfect.

Odd taste.
I LOVE water chestnuts but the taste of these were questionable. Due to that I won't be getting them again. However it wasn't so bad that I was unable to eat them. It was just a very odd taste.
