Make sure you put the cover on the fan after you've installed this and want to check the sensitivity, otherwise the light from the night light may be too bright and cause the sensor to turn the light off, so the light blinks constantly when the room light is off.

Alright, to be honest, it was a pain in the ass. As everyone else stated, the fan stayed on even in low humidity. Remove the single screw on the module and it exposes a knob to adjust the set point for relative humidity. After setting it for 65%, it stayed on when my RH according to my NIST certified weather station was 55% inside my home. I changed the knob to 70% and now it works great. Highly recommended part if your kids take long showers and never remember to use the fan.

Great little LED light. Works perfectly. Recommend adding it to your fan.

When CFM is set to 0, you can adjust the run time of the fan. My setup is the fan comes on with moisture using Condensation Sensor Module, FV-CSVK1. If I want to run the fan manually, I turn the wall toggle switch on/off/on and the fan will run per the preset of this module. If I move CFM off of 0, then the fan runs continuously at the preset fan speed for the duration of the timer. You can add a motion module too.
