Came in blue color , lots of scratches missing few hardware and bed two wheels But does the job

Average quality description is inaccurate
Item description says black but seller sent blue. No assembly instructions but I figured it out by looking at the photos for reference. The bolts for the hydraulic pump need a spacer to keep the pump centered in the bracket as the pump is loose inside the mount bracket. It could also use some sort of handle to move it around. Folds up nicely to store and seems strong enough.
