item arrived in a good condition but after reading the manual and following exactly what it says, it didn't work properly!iron is dripping like its raining, steam is not coming out and light indicator is not showing if its working or no !over all experience is 0 as i know Philips produces better quality and this looked expensive but its not working at all !

I purchased the Philips Steam Iron 5000 3 months ago, expecting it to be a reliable and efficient addition to my household. Initially, it worked wonderfully—smoothly removing wrinkles and offering consistent steam. However, after just 3 months of light use, it has completely stopped working. The iron no longer heats up, and the steam function has become unresponsive.I am very disappointed, as I trusted the Philips brand for its quality and durability. This was not a budget-friendly purchase, so I expected it to last much longer than this.I would like to request assistance from Philips customer support to resolve this issue. I believe the product is still under warranty, but I need guidance on how to proceed. Please advise on the next steps for repair or replacement.I hope to hear from the supplier soon, as this experience has been very frustrating.

I received the box not sealed and when i try to use the iron I found out that it's leaking and the steam is very weak not like what they advertised
