A great bike. Highly recommend.
I'm pretty mechanical but this would have taken me at least a half day or better to put together. I decided to take it to a local bike shop where it cost me $120. Also, you need at least a pretty large SUV or truck to transport this since it is very heavy. The front wheel falls back but the back wheels don't so you still have to deal with that when loading it in an SUV. A trailer would work well with this.

Do not order this bike. It is junk and the seller is not willing to cooperate. After paying $100 shipping wanting me to pay shipping to send it back. Parts are missing, parts are inoperable and parts from other bikes that do not even fit. Instructions do not even belong to this bike. I reiterate do not order this bike from this seller. Amazon should remove this seller. This seller does not even deserve the one star I had to leave.

Many issues with this product
I don't do reviews but I think this was warranted.This 20" single speed model was bought for a 4' 6" special needs teen. So simple was better.It came well packaged, 2 boxes.Instructions were not for the model I bought. Similar but caused a little confusion.They sent the gear changer for a multiple speed unit though I bought the single speed. It keeps tension on the chain but there was no cable so it cause the chain to come off the back gear. I rigged it with a piece of coat hanger and to seem to hold position fine.Brakes are lacking at best. Cheap is the best description. They rub enough to cause resistance on the wheel/axel but then will not adjust to allow a good stop. I will have to figure out a better solution.Extra part were sent, but for another model so didn't help.I guess it will work out but not as excited as I was when purchased.If you need easy, this is not it.
