Doesn't work on the 27QHD
I bought this color manager to use with my 27QHD and it turns out Wacom no longer supports the 27QHD with this product even though the box explicitly states "Designed for Cintiq 27QHD". The new driver v. 1.6 notes that it no longer supports the 27QHD and it notes that users of the 27QHD should stay on v. 1.5 however it is impossible to find 1.5 on the internet anywhere. I even called Wacom support and they basically said they are developing 1.5 to use with the 27QHD. Why they would release an update that renders this product useless for the equipment that it is advertised to be used for is beyond me. I'd give this 0 stars if I could.

Good colorimeter, works impressively well. Faster than non-OEM versions.
Good packaging, accurate measurements, measurably faster response when compared to non-OEM version of i1d3.Shipping time was a bit slow.

Easiest Tool To Use
I'm kicking myself for not buying this years ago. I've been using dual monitors/Cintiqs for over 10 years. I always just managed the colors by myself and it's always frustrating and never completely accurate. I just got a new Cintiq and COULD NOT match the colors properly to my computer display. It arrived too red and trying to match made it too green and still inaccurate. After hours of messing with it, I decided just to try this tool, thinking I could return it if it didn't work. I was also worried that maybe it'd be too difficult to do myself, so let me explain exactly how it works.1. You install the software (via a CD - this should just be downloadable, I had to buy an external CD drive since no computers even have these anymore).2. You plug in the device.3. You twist the top part off the lens and hang the device over your screen.4. It runs through colors/brightness/saturation while you do nothing.5. You save the color profile.6. Repeat for second screen. That's it, and everything is clearly instructed with the software. Within 5 minutes, both of my displays were calibrated and matched. My computer was so oversaturated and too bright, my Cintiq's colors were way off, and now they're nearly perfect. It could not be more idiot-proof. I cannot believe I didn't just get this years ago. It's a necessity for any professional artist.
