Awesome
These have been great inserts to use in my Travelers Notebook as my journal. I get the hype over TR now!

52gsm is better for Tomoe River Paper
I'm a stickler for paper with no ghosting or bleed-through so I was worried about the 52gsm weight on this. I like this weight better than the Tomoe River 64gsm. But Tomoe River paper isn't like any other paper so you can't really compare the GSM rating with normal paper. There's absolutely no bleeding on this paper and it takes watercolor beautifully. Yes there's ghosting. Normally I'd hate that. But I've been adding a light watercolor wash to the pages and then magically there's no ghosting at all on the pages. Great quality construction on the notebooks and gorgeous paper -- a combination made in heaven!

Stupid sexy paper.
Gorgeous paper...this is my first experience with Tomoe River paper and I'm suitably impressed. Smooth, bright, fine and crackly. The cover is different from what is pictured - more of a dark sage or washed-out marine/forest color. Really pretty!I use fountain pen and inks, and I have Waterman's Serenity Blue (regular and dilute) and Noodler's Golden Brown in my picture here. This paper doesn't feather nor bleed, and only a faint ghosting with these very wet inks.

Tomoe River Paper is always a joy to use
Tomoe River Paper is always a joy to use. These notebooks are no exception. The dots are lovely, light enough to not be distracting but dark enough to be easy to use. Definitely buying more later
