Found out about this through Buzzfeed. As a college student with bouts of anxiety that can escalate into an anxiety or panic attack, this has been amazing. This stays with me everywhere I go. When I'm out and about and when I'm at my desk studying. I keep this by me and it keeps me sane when I have a ton of schoolwork to do, and when I feel my anxiety increasing out in public. Recently when I was at my aunt's house, I felt my anxiety getting worse. I usually start to feel very itchy and restless like I can't breathe properly. After rolling this on my forehead, temples, behind my ears, and on the back of my neck, I instantly felt better. And after I shocked my senses with a packet of salt (a trick I learned from Tik Tok. Doesn't work for everyone, but please try it!) I was so relaxed I fell asleep on the couch for an hour. If you're on the fence thinking about getting it to help with stress, this is your sign to just buy it. I was on the fence for a while and my only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner!

I really love the calm essential oil roll on for anxiety and stress relief! The oils in this blend meld together perfectly to create such a calming scent. I love wearing it on my wrists or back of my neck throughout the day. If I start to get stressed or my anxiety acts up I'll smell my wrist and the scent helps calm me down. I also have successfully used this on my temples for headache relief. It literally eases my head pain in minutes. The only suggestion I have is to include an information sheet with the specific oils in the blend, with the benefits of that oil. All in all, this is a wonderful blend to have around for stress, anxiety and headaches.

Relives my anxiety 100%. I use to buy a really expensive one at$40! I was so happy I found this one that works just as great. Take it to work, school, long trips. I use it on my kids too. It’s like magic.

I am very susceptible to upper respiratory infections and allergies. A friend told me she used this and that it really works.
