The taste is okay. IMHO the one I was using previously (same size in a brown, plastic container similar to this one) tasted more like coconut and that’s what I want. I got this brand because when comparing the price per ounce with positive reviews (and negative ones as well), this one was the winner because it was a Lightening Deal when I got it. And the ingredient list is simple which I like, but my prior coconut extract has a very small amount of ingredients as well. You definitely taste mostly just the alcohol if tasting it right out of the bottle. For me, that is by far the most pronounced taste here. Know that I don’t drink consistently on a regular basis so for those that do, you may not notice it as being as strong. I’m going for a 3 star rating also because the bottle doesn’t pour well (see video). I’m guessing that it will improve once there is less extract in it, but it’s just something to be aware of. But the strong alcohol taste will have me ordering my prior brand next time and I’m considering just giving this one away so I can go back to having a nice coconut taste.

Love it and great price last forever

This coconut flavor is intense! I am adding this and liquid stevia, just a few drops of each, to turn a quart of plain yogurt into delicious, low carb yogurt. Instead of buy tiny 5 oz cups, I am making my own and saving money every time I do.
