Um. You dropped it. You broke it. You replace it. Essential oil should always be kept in glass. You can’t drop glass. It. Will. Break.

Sorry, but you absolutely CAN add essential oils to water...you just need to shake it well before spraying your pillows. I'd start with a half tsp. of the lavender, see how the first night goes. Good luck with that. I know it's an old question. But the last response couldn't be the last word on that. I mix eucalyptus oil with water as an insect deterrent. As well as wintergreen and water. I use 1 tsp. to a 32 oz bottle. Smells so fresh. Now if you're using it for your SKIN... that's when you want to use a carrier oil.
