All my jars came broken with tiny bugs crawling everywhere, but for some reason the product is ineligible for a return. Can you advise?

Half of my dozen jars were broken or leaking. I sent gift order same time, same problems. My order was packed on it's side! Bionaturae offers no customer service. Amazon same. Ineligible. Too bad, good product. I found local grocery and health food store to stock. I also buy Bionaturae strained tomatoes. I may stop buying both. Service that poor can only be followed by poor quality. For example, warehouses filled with bugs.
