If you treat this product well, it will serve you well. But it's also quite fragile on the hinge. But it was cheap, so overall pleased...

Works well. will only take too Paninis at a time but cooks evenly. It is quite small overall so does not take up too much room on the counter. The plates are not removable for cleaning but the none stick surfaces are easy to clean in place.

I was very happy with this mini Daewoo panini press with size and price. But after 2 weeks and my 3rd panini, i noticed a piece of plastic had snapped off one of the hinges. I didn't think much of this but when I opened the hinge button to open to 180 degrees to clean, the plastic hinge snapped off which looks very cheap. The other hinge is still attached but I can not see this lasting long and it does still work but it could effect the coil to the top plate causing it to become dangerous. So this good item is let down by a design flaw cheap plastic.

I looked through a lot of these before purchasing this one and I’m not disappointed. It does the job it’s supposed to do. The plates don’t come off so you have to clean it with removal but they clean good, it’s not really big you’ll only get one panini in it at a time but that’s ok for me. It heats up really quickly and it’s very hot. It’s not big so it’s easy to store away.
